Geography
The village is located near the eastern shore of Lake Baltym , 7 kilometers north of the administrative center of the district - the city of Verkhnyaya Pyshma [3] .
History
In 1966, by a decree of the Presidium of the Armed Forces of the RSFSR, the village of the children's hospital was renamed Romashka [4] .

Infrastructure
The village is divided into six streets (Baltymskaya, Dachnaya, Lesnaya, Naberezhnaya, Regional Hospital, Ozernaya) and one lane (Ozerny) [6] .
