Biography
Born on September 8, 1911 in the territory of modern Perm Territory . He graduated from the Moscow Zootechnical Institute (1935).
Senior livestock specialist of pedigree cattle at the state farm of the village of Telman in the Karaganda region , then at the state farm of the village of Shalabay Semipalatinsk region . In 1938 - 1947 - livestock specialist, senior livestock specialist, chief livestock specialist, head of the livestock department of the Ministry of State Farms of the Kazakh SSR. In 1947 - 1954 - head of department, member of the board, deputy head of the department of livestock state farms, head of department, deputy minister in the apparatus of the Ministry of State Farms of the KSSR.
In 1954 - 1964 - Deputy Head, Head of the Department of Agriculture of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, Deputy Chairman of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan. Minister of Agriculture of the KSSR (1964-1965), since 1965 - Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the KSSR.
Subbotin has more than 20 scientific works on animal husbandry.
Wife - Spiridonova Taisiya Antonovna; two daughters: Valentina, born in 1942, Olga, born in 1951.
