Content
History
The Erding brewery was founded by Johan Kinley in 1886. After several changes of ownership, it was acquired by Franz Brombach in 1935. On December 27, 1949, it was called “Erdinger”. In 1965, the brewery reached an annual production of 40,000 hectoliters of beer, in 1978 - about 225,000 hectoliters and became the market leader of Weissbier. In 1990, annual production reaches 1 million hectoliters.
Currently, Erdinger Weißbräu is the largest Weissbier producer in the world with an annual production of about 1.5 million hectoliters .

- Leicht - low alcohol light unfiltered wheat with an alcohol content of 2.8%.
- Pikantus - strong dark unfiltered wheat with an alcohol content of 7.3%.
- Schneeweisse - seasonal light unfiltered wheat with an alcohol content of 5.6%. Produced since 1997, during the winter months - from November to February.
- Urweisse - semi-dark unfiltered wheat with an alcohol content of 4.9%. Produced since 2008
- Alkoholfrei Zitrone - a cocktail of light unfiltered wheat beer and lemon juice with an alcohol content of 0.3%.
- Alkoholfrei Grapefruit is a cocktail of light unfiltered wheat beer and grapefruit juice with an alcohol content of 0.3%.
- Festweiße - light unfiltered wheat with an alcohol content of 5.7%. Produced for the autumn beer festival in Erding.
- Sommerweiße - seasonal summer light unfiltered wheat with an increased bookmark of hops and an alcohol content of 4.7%.
