Biography

Born in February 1902 in the family of a blacksmith. In 1915 he graduated from a factory school in the village of Rusty Oboyansk district of Kursk province. In February 1916 - August 1920 - a mechanic's assistant at a sugar factory in the village of Rusty Oboyansk district. In 1920 he joined the Komsomol.

In January - May 1922 - Head of the Political Education Department of the Slavic District Committee of the Komsomol (LKSMU) of the Donetsk Province.

In May 1922 - June 1925 - student of the Artem Communist University in the city of Kharkov, graduated from a three-year course.

In June - December 1925 - Secretary of the party collective of the Communist Party (b) At the Slavic factory "Red Chemist". In December 1925 - April 1927 - head of the agitation and propaganda department of the Slavic District Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in the Artyomovsky District. In April 1927 - March 1928 - head of the agitation and propaganda department of the Grishinsky district committee of the Communist Party (b) of the Artyomovsky district. In March 1928 - November 1929 - head of the Artyomovsk district department of political education of the Communist Party (b) U.

In July 1932 - September 1933 - head of the industry department of the newspaper Izvestia VUUVH in Kharkov.

In September 1933 - January 1935 - Head of the Political Department of a machine and tractor station in the village of Olshana, Nedrigailovsky District, Chernihiv Region.

In January 1935 - September 1936 - 1st Secretary of the Nedrigailovsky District Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in the Chernihiv Region.

In September 1936 - May 1937 - student of the Higher School of Party Organizers at the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks in Moscow.

In May 1937 - April 1938 - 2nd Secretary of the Chernihiv Regional Committee of the CP (b) U. In September 1937 - April 1938, he served as the 1st Secretary of the Chernihiv Regional Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) U. This period was marked by the inclusion of a special troika created by order of the NKVD of the USSR dated July 30, 1937 No. 00447 [1] and active participation in the Stalinist repressions [2] .

Arrested on March 25, 1938. Shot on September 22, 1938 in Kiev.
