Biography
Born in February 1902 in the family of a blacksmith. In 1915 he graduated from a factory school in the village of Rusty Oboyansk district of Kursk province. In February 1916 - August 1920 - a mechanic's assistant at a sugar factory in the village of Rusty Oboyansk district. In 1920 he joined the Komsomol.
In August 1920 - January 1922 - a courier, a member of the board of the Slavic district department of labor and social security of Donetsk province.
