Biography
He joined the Life Guard as a non-commissioned officer. Since 1796 - the captain of the Riga Dragoon Regiment.
Since 1801 - dismissed from military service in the Vyatka mobile police.
Since 1811 - the leader of the nobility of the Spassky district of the Kazan province.
Since 1812, he was the headquarters officer of the St. Petersburg Reserve Militia.
Since 1827 - official for special assignments of the Department of State Property. College Advisor. Since 1832 - Olonets vice-governor. During the departures of the Olonets governor, he repeatedly performed his post [2]
Since 1838 - Chairman of the Olonets Treasury Chamber.
