History
The Stoilovsky farm belonged to the yurt of the village of Kepinsky in the Ust-Medveditsky District of the Land of the Don Army (since 1870 - the Don Army Region ). In 1859, 53 men and 60 women lived on the farm [2] . According to the 1897 census , 124 men and 144 women lived on the farm, of whom literate: 41 men, 4 women [3] .
According to the alphabetical list of the populated areas of the Don Don Army Area of 1915, there was a farm management on the farm, 175 men and 182 women lived, a common land plot with the village [4] .
In 1928, the Stoilovsky farm [5] was included in the Mikhailovsky district of the Khopersky district (abolished in 1930) of the Lower Volga region (since 1934 - the Stalingrad region ). At the time of the formation of the district, the farm was the center of the Stoilovsky Village Council. In accordance with the decision of the Presidium of the regional executive committee of October 31, 1928, protocol No. 7, and the resolution of the Lower Volga regional administrative commission of December 08, 1928, protocol No. 5 of the Stoilovsky village council was annexed to the Demochkin village council [6] . In 1954, the Archedinsky and Demochkinsky Village Councils were united into one Archedinsky Village Council, the center of the village of Archedinskaya [7] .
In 2012, the farm was included in the urban district of the city of Mikhailovka [8]
Geography
The farm is located in the steppe, on a plain, 1.3 km from the right bank of the Medveditsa River . The height of the center of the village is about 70 meters above sea level. To the south of the farm is a floodplain forest [9] . Soils - southern chernozems and floodplain neutral and slightly acidic [10] .
The paved road is connected with the village of Archedinskaya (10 km). By road, the distance to the regional center of Mikhailovka is 38 km, to the regional center of Volgograd is 220 km [11] .
