Initial Biography

Anisim Stefanovich Lyukhtikov was born on July 26, 1898 in the village of Kuzovino, now Goretsky district, Mogilev region.

Military Service

World War I and Civil War

In September 1918 he was drafted into the ranks of the Red Army and sent by the Red Army to the Gorodets guard company. In December of that year, he was appointed captain army of the 86th Separate Rifle Regiment ( Western Front ), and in January 1919, he was appointed as the orderly of the commander of this regiment.

In January 1920, he was sent to study at the 1st Soviet Infantry Command Course, after which in July of that year he was appointed to the position of platoon commander in the 14th reserve rifle regiment, stationed in Dorogobuzh . In the same month, with a marching company, he was sent to the 51st Infantry Regiment ( 6th Infantry Division ), where he served as platoon commander, assistant commander and company commander, and participated in the Warsaw Offensive during the Soviet-Polish War , and then in defensive military operations near Grodno .

Interwar

Since June 1922, he served in the 6th Infantry Regiment ( 2nd Tula Division ) as assistant commander and company commander, platoon and company commander, chief of the economic allowance of the regiment. In June 1923 he was appointed to the position of company commander in the 2nd Infantry Regiment, but in 1924 he returned to the 6th Infantry Regiment with the appointment of an assistant company commander. In the same year, he was transferred to the same position in the 97th Rifle Regiment ( 33rd Rifle Division ) and in November was sent to study at chemical courses at the 33rd Rifle Division, after which he returned to the post of assistant company commander. In June 1926 he was appointed to the post of company commander of the 99th Rifle Regiment of the same division, in November 1929 - to the post of chief of the 3rd part of the staff of the 5th Rifle Corps , and in May 1930 - to the post of company commander 24- rifle regiment.

In November 1930, Lyukhtikov was sent to study for advanced training courses for command personnel at the 8th Division of the Headquarters of the Red Army , after which he was appointed to the post of chief of the 3rd part of the staff of the 10th Rifle Corps , in November 1934 - to the post of chief 6 -th division of the headquarters of the same corps, in April 1936 - to the post of assistant chief, and then to the post of chief of the 10th headquarters of the Transcaucasian Military District .

In 1937 he was sent to study at the MV Frunze Military Academy , after which he was appointed in August 1938 to the post of chief of staff of the 42nd Infantry Division ( Far Eastern Front ), in May 1939 - to the post of head of a special group for special assignments at the military Council of the Volga military District , in March 1940 - as head Balashov Infantry school , in April 1941 - as head Chkalovsky small arms and machine-gun school , and June 3 - the post of chief Chkalovsky ankovogo school .

World War II

In July 1941, he was appointed to the post of head of the combat training department of the headquarters of the Volga Military District, in August - to the post of commander of the 348th Infantry Division , which was forming in Buzuluk . Soon, the division under the command of Lyukhtikov took part in the Klinsko-Solnechnogorsk defensive and offensive operations , and after the liberation of Klin was relocated to the Rzhev direction.

In September 1942, he was appointed deputy commander of the 39th Army on the rear, but in July 1943 he was removed from his post and appointed to the post of commander of the 31st Infantry Brigade , and in August - to the post of commander of the 145th Infantry Division , which took part in the hostilities for the liberation of Demidov .

On April 7, 1944, he was appointed commander of the 60th Rifle Corps , who conducted military operations in the Vitebsk direction, and then took part in the course of the Polotsk , Siauliai , Riga , Memel and East Prussian offensive operations , as well as in combat operations to destroy surrounded by enemy forces southwest of Königsberg and the Zemland Peninsula . For high military skill, valor and courage, Major General Lyukhtikov was awarded the Order of Suvorov, 2 degrees.

Post-War Career

After the war he was in his former position.

In July 1946, he was appointed to the post of head of the Sverdlovsk Infantry School , and in October 1947, to the post of deputy head of the Personnel Directorate of the Ground Forces.

From April 1950, he was at the disposal of the Main Directorate of Personnel and in June of the same year he was appointed to the post of head of the combat unit of the Central Directorate of Airfield Construction of the Air Force of the Soviet Army . Since January 1953, he was again at the disposal of the Main Directorate of Personnel and in July of the same year he was appointed senior military adviser to the head of the department of higher education of the Hungarian People's Army .

Major General Anisim Stefanovich Lyukhtikov left the reserve in September 1955 . He died on November 6, 1976 in Moscow . He was buried at Vostryakovsky cemetery .
