Nestor Studio , also known as the Nestor Motion Picture Company and the Nestor Film Company, is an abolished film company, opened in 1909 by brothers David and William Horsley. It was founded as part of the , located in Beyonne , New Jersey. [1] October 27, 1911 opened the first permanent studio, actually located in modern Hollywood [2] . On May 20, 1912, the company merged with its distributor, Universal Film Manufacturing Company [3] .
