Biography
Born on June 5, 1912 in the village of Shakhtakhty, Sharuro-Daralaghez district, Erivan province (now Kengerlinsky district of Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan).
Member of the Great Patriotic War.
He began his career as an ordinary collective farmer in 1942 on the collective farm named after Huseyn Javid (formerly named after Bagirov) of the Illichivsk district. Later it was a team leader and collective farm leader.
In 1948, it achieved high rates in the field of tobacco growing.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 14, 1949, Mammadov Hasan Mammad Huseyn oglu was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor for the receipt of high yields of tobacco with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Hammer and Sickle .
Since 1971, on an all-Union pension.
He died on June 18, 1985 in his native village.
