Eberhard II ( German: Eberhard II. Von Ebersberg ; c. 995 - July 24, 1041/1044 [1] ) - in 1001-1040, Margrave of Krajina from 1040, vogt of Ebersberg and Geisenfeld from 1037.

The youngest son of Ulrich von Ebersberg and Richardis von Eppenstein, daughter of Count Marquart II von Fiebach.
Together with his brother Adalberon II, he updated the Ebersberg monastery and founded the Geisenfeld monastery, and was their vogt.
In 1040 it is mentioned as Margrave of the Kraina.
Eberhard II's wife was Adelheid of Saxony (d. February 6, 1037). Children:
- Williburg, Abbess in Heisenfeld
- three sons died in childhood.
After the death of Eberhard II, Margraine Krajina passed to the grandson of his sister Williburga Ulrich I von Weimar-Orlamunde .
