Biography
Born February 4, 1947 in Kovrov.
In 1972, she graduated from the Moscow State Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov .
In 1974 she was admitted to the Union of Artists of the USSR [1] .
After graduation, Grechina Olga worked in etching , engraving , lithography (silk-screen printing) techniques.
From the late 70s to the present, Grechina has been engaged in easel painting. The subject of her paintings: landscapes, still lifes, portraits, architecture, complex multi-figure compositions. One of its pictorial trends will be photorealism ( hyperrealism ) [2] .
Grechina Olga is a participant in Russian, All-Union and foreign expositions [3] . Her personal exhibitions are held in the largest Moscow galleries - “Mars”, “Panart”, “Intercolor”, “Manege” and others.
In her collection of works, Grechina Olga has the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum (St. Petersburg), the Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics [4] , the German National Museum, the Museum of Modern Art (Belgium), and museums in Japan and the USA.
The paintings are in private collections in Russia, USA, England, France, Turkey, Poland and other countries.
