Coarse corn flour
Corn flour - flour from corn grains that have undergone preliminary cleaning, removing the shell and the germ [1] . Thus get wallpaper corn flour, coarse and fine grinding [2] . Flour of the best quality is obtained from white corn. Yellow grain varieties give the flour a color [1] .
Corn flour is used for making cereals , cakes , baking bakery products [1] .
