Timebelle

Timebelle is a Swiss band from Bern , currently consisting of vocalist Miruna Manescu, drummer Samuel Forster and multi-instrumentalist Emmanuel Daniel Andrescu. Previously, it included accordionist Rade Miyatovich, guitarist Christoph Sigrist and bass player Sandor Torok. The group was formed of five members of the boy band, and its members were students at the University of Bern . [1] [2] Soon, their Romanian producer Mihai Alexandru joined Manescu as a vocalist. [3] The name of the group can be translated as “measure time by barking” (time belle). It is taken in honor of the Citglogge , a tower with a sounding clock, one of the main attractions of Bern . The group will represent Switzerland at Eurovision 2017 with the song “ Apollo ”. [5] they previously tried to represent Switzerland at Eurovision 2015 with the song “Singing About Love”, but took second place in the Swiss national final. [6]
