Biography
Joseph Seeley was born February 18, 1960 in Los Angeles , California . He began his acting career at the age of 19, starring in the Canadian comedy sketch Second City TV in 1979.
In 1989, he received one of the central roles in the cult horror film by Stephen Hopkins, “ A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: A Child of Sleep ”. His character, Mark Gray, was fond of drawing comics and fell into the world of his drawings, where he was killed by Freddy Krueger . For the filming of this scene, the set was painted white, and Joe himself was dressed in bright clothes to create the effect of immersion in the painted world. Joe also had to shoot a weapon for the first time in a scene where Mark turns into the hero of his comics and shoots off Kruger. In the scene of the actual murder, Joe practically did not participate, since it was shot using animation.
