Ganiev, Ismut Mustafovich

Ganiev Ismut (Ismail) Mustafovich (Mustakimovich) - the foreman of the tractor team of the Takhtamukaysky MTS of the Krasnodar Territory. He was born on June 1914 in the village of Afipsip, now in the Teuchezhsky District of the Republic of Adygea (Russia), in the family of a peasant Mustakim Yusufovich. Adygean ^[1] .

Having received primary education, he graduated from tractor courses at the Takhtamukaysky Machine and Tractor Station (MTS) and since 1935 he worked as a tractor driver at the local Afipsip collective farm.

From 1938 he worked as a foreman of a tractor brigade until the start of World War II.

After the liberation of the territory of Adygea from occupation on February 18, 1943 I.M.Ganiev returned to his native village and headed the sowing forces with the help of two wheeled tractors STZ-1 ( Stalingrad Tractor Plant), which were assembled from parts hidden in the mountains ^[1] .

I.M.Ganiev continued to lead the tractor brigade, which, based on the results of work in 1947, received a wheat crop of 22.5 centners per hectare on an area of ​​153 hectares on the serviced collective farms “Afipsip” and “Psevako” ^[1] .

By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of February 24, 1948, for receiving high yields of wheat in 1947, Ganiev Ismut Mustafovich was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal " Hammer and Sickle ."

The Diploma of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the USSR, issued in the name of I. M. Ganiev, states:

“For your exceptional services to the state, which resulted in the receipt of a wheat crop of 22.5 centners per hectare on serviced collective farms in 1947, the Presidium of the USSR Supreme Council, by its Decree of February 24, 1948, awarded you the title of Hero of Socialist Labor”

Subsequently, the team headed by him No. 5, grew grain crops significantly higher - 40-50 centners per hectare and repeatedly became a participant in the Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy of the USSR (VDNH) ^[1] . For almost thirty years he gave up the difficult profession of a machine operator, twenty-six of them led the tractor brigade. Later he worked as an mechanic on a collective farm water pump. He was awarded the Order of Lenin (02.24.1948), medals, as well as medals of the Exhibition of Economic Achievements of the USSR.

He lived in his native village of Afipsip , died on September 19, 1986 ^[1] .
