Biography
Born December 24, 1899 in the village of Velikaya Guba, Olonets province.
Military Service
Civil War
In October 1918, the Red Guard entered the Velikogubsky Red Guard detachment of the Petrozavodsk district of the Olonets province, after which he took part in the hostilities against the White Guard troops and interventionists in Karelia .
In July 1919 he was drafted into the ranks of the Red Army and sent by the Red Army to the guard company in Petrozavodsk . In October of the same year he was sent to study at the 1st Petrograd Infantry Course, after which in April 1920 he was appointed platoon commander of the 432th Infantry Regiment ( 48th Infantry Division , Western Front ), after which during The Soviet-Polish war took part in defensive military operations in the areas of the Island , Drissa and Polotsk , and then in offensive military operations in the Vilna and Volkovys directions. In the fall of 1920, the division conducted heavy hostilities while surrounded, after which it retreated to Baranavichy and then fought against the armed formations of General S.N. Bulak-Balakhovich in the areas of Mozyr , Rechitsa , Bobruisk and Dvinsk .
Interwar
In December 1920, he was appointed platoon commander in the 12th spare rifle regiment ( Leningrad Military District ), stationed in Peterhof . Since June 1921 he served in the 167th Infantry Regiment ( 56th Infantry Division ), stationed in Pskov , as platoon, company, battalion commander, regiment chief of staff and acting regiment commander.
In 1927 he graduated from repeated infantry courses in Moscow .
In January 1936 he was appointed to the post of chief of staff, then - to the post of commander of the 46th Infantry Regiment ( 16th Infantry Division ), stationed in Novgorod , and in January 1940 - to the post of assistant commander of the 56th Infantry Division , after which took part in the course of the Soviet-Finnish war .
In July 1940, Krasilnikov was appointed commandant of the 23rd Murmansk fortified area .
World War II
With the outbreak of the war, Krasilnikov was in his former position.
In January 1942 he was appointed to the post of commander of the 10th Guards Rifle Division , conducting defensive military operations in the Murmansk direction, and in July of the same year - to the post of deputy commander of the 14th Army .
In August 1943 he was sent to study at an accelerated course at the K.E. Voroshilov Higher Military Academy , after which in February 1944 he was appointed to the post of commander of the 114th Rifle Corps . Since April, the corps under the command of Krasilnikov took part in hostilities during the Polesskaya and Lublin-Brest offensive operations .
In November, he was appointed commander of the 265th Infantry Division , which took part in the blockade of enemy groups on the Courland Peninsula , and then in the Warsaw-Poznan , East Pomeranian and Berlin offensive operations .
Post-War Career
From July 1945 he was at the disposal of the Military Council of the Group of Soviet Forces in Germany , and in September he was appointed deputy commander of the 13th Guards Rifle Corps .
