The Voice of the People is an organ of the All-Siberian Regional Committee of the Party of Socialists-Revolutionaries in 1918 .
From June 12 to November 10, 1918, the editor of the newspaper was the deputy of the Constituent Assembly MF Omelkov [1] . N. Ya. Bykhovsky, a member of the Constituent Assembly and the Siberian Regional Duma, took part in editing the newspaper [2] .
The newspaper was published in Tomsk from June to December 1918. A total of 157 issues were published. The first issue was released on May 15, 1918, but the circulation was arrested by the Bolsheviks.
After Kolchak came to power, the newspaper became censored by the authorities. On December 11, 1918, affiliation with the AKP was removed from the subtitle, on December 14, 1918, the last issue was published.
