Biography
Diane Brewster was born in Kansas City , Missouri . She was a direct descendant of the pilgrim William Brewster, governor of the Plymouth colony William Bradford and American writer and poetess of the 18th century Martha Wadsworth Brewster.
Career
In 1956, Brewster starred in the episode "The Dark Rider" in the television series Cheyenne. From 1957 to 1958 she played in the television series “Give It to Beaver,” but left the shoot after the end of the first season. In 1957, the actress played Helen Danner in the Black Spot Western, starring George Montgomery. In 1959, Diane Brewster appeared in an episode of the television series Maverick and in the drama Young Philadelphians , in which she played the role of the material of the character of Paul Newman . During her career, the actress played about 50 roles in film and television, including the television series Studio 57, Crusader, Wanted Alive or Dead, Simon and Simon [1] .
In 1960, Brewster got the lead role in the 50-minute television series The Islander, aired on ABC until 1961. In 1963, in " Perry Mason ", the actress starred in the episode "The Case of the Canned Planter" [1] .
Personal life
Diana Brewster was married to dental surgeon Jeb Walker. In the marriage, they had two children, son Dean Walker and daughter Lynn Walker. The actress died of heart failure on November 12, 1991 [1] . Jeb Walker passed away in February 2013. [2]
