Biography

In 1952 he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture .

After graduation, he began his career at the Chistopol machine-tractor station , where he worked until 1961, having gone from a local mechanic to the director of a regional station.

From 1961 to 1964, he was the manager of the Chistopol District Branch of Agricultural Equipment of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

From 1964 to 1978 - headed the republican association "Agricultural equipment" of the Council of Ministers of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

From 1978 to 1986 - Chairman of the State Committee of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic for the material and technical support of agriculture.

From 1986 to 1989 - First Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic - Chairman of the State Agro-Industrial Committee of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

Member of the Supreme Council of the Tatar ASSR VII-XII convocations.

Family

Wife - Yakovleva Veronika Mikhailovna, with whom they lived more than 60 years in marriage [1] . Children: Envald Mikhail, Tatyana, Galina. Grandchildren: Oksana, Olga, Julia, Oleg. Great-grandchildren: Sophia, Daria, Alexander.
