Biography
Born October 28, 1929 in the village of Spirino, Uvarovsky district of the Tambov province .
He began working as a teenager during the Great Patriotic War in 1942.
In 1960 he graduated from the Moscow Agricultural Academy named after KA Timiryazev with a degree in agronomist.
From 1960 to 1966 - chief specialist of the inspectorate for agriculture of the Lyubertsy district of the Moscow region .
From 1966 to 1969 - Secretary of the Lyubertsy City Committee of the CPSU.
From 1969 to 1974 - First Secretary of the Lyubertsy City Party Committee.
From 1974 to 1982 - head of the agricultural department of the Moscow Regional Committee of the CPSU.
From 1982 to 1985 - First Deputy Chairman of the Moscow Regional Executive Committee (since 1982 - also the Chairman of the Council of the Regional Agricultural Association).
From 1985 to 1991 - Deputy Chairman of the Moscow Regional Executive Committee.
From 1991 to 1999 - Minister of Administration of the Moscow Region for Trade and Services to the Population.
From 1999 to 2015 - General Director of CJSC Interregional Production and Trade Corporation.
Member of the CPSU since 1966.
He was elected a deputy to the Moscow Regional Council of Workers' Deputies in 1966-1990.
Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR in 1985.
He died on April 11, 2016.
