Born in 1891 in the village of Shili (today - Dzhangeldinsky district ). He worked as a herder, senior herdman on the collective farm “III International” (later - the collective farm “Chile”) of the Turgai district.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of June 23, 1948, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal “ Hammer and Sickle ” for receiving high livestock productivity in 1947, when the collective farm compulsory deliveries of agricultural products.
