Jasha-Maru is a traditional Bhutanese dish of minced chicken and vegetables [1] [2] .

Description

Finely chopped chicken is boiled in water with vegetable oil . Also add chopped tomatoes , chili pepper , ginger , salt , onion and garlic . The table is mainly served with coriander [3] [4] , usually with red rice [1] [2] . Although Jasha-maru is often called stew, but chicken broth can be a large enough part of it [2] . Sometimes you can find Jasha-maru cooked not from chicken, but from beef [2] .
