Adjustments to the plans were made by the annexation of the Baltic states to the USSR and the Great Patriotic War . However, after strong pressure from alcohol supporters on Bulka, the Šaltinis Club was forced to close. But after some time, the Sheima club opened with the same membership. [2] In the mid -1980s, Juozas Bulka was forced to quit the factory and began serving as a minister in a Catholic church. [1]

At the age of 62, he was ordained a priest in the Polish city of Wloclawek . He served in Wloclawek, then was sent to Kokshetau , where the Catholic community exists [1] .

In Mosar, Juozas Bulka laid the arboretum and began to ennoble the parietal area. He spent his own savings on everything, as well as money received from the sale of an apartment in Vilnius . In 1990, a copy of Michelangelo 's Pieta work appeared in front of the church. In 1996, a copy of the Sharp Gate was built, in which a copy of the Ostrobramsk Icon of the Mother of God was placed .
