Biography
Born on November 16, 1975 in the city of Kemerovo. He studied at high school number 84, entered and in 1997 graduated with honors from the Kuzbass State Technical University, received the qualification of "engineer-economist."
Married, has three children.

Immediately after graduation, he worked in the administration of the Kemerovo region as a consultant to the industry, transport and communications department, and an adviser to the Deputy Governor.
In 2003 he was invited to the administration of the city of Kemerovo to the post of head of the department of industry and the consumer market, in 2006 he was transferred to the position of deputy head of the city. Since March 13, 2011, he served as the head of the Kemerovo municipal district. At the end of April 2015, he was appointed deputy governor for the agricultural sector, natural resources and ecology.
In April 2016, by decision of the city Council of People's Deputies, he was appointed acting head of the city of Kemerovo. He was nominated by the United Russia party for the election of the head of the city.
On September 18, 2016, on a single voting day, 78.57 percent of Kemerovo citizens who came to polling stations cast their ballots for his candidacy.
