Self-loading concrete mixer truck

AUTO CONCRETE MIXER (ABS) WITH SELF LOADING

Self-loading concrete mixer truck is a concrete plant on a 4x4 hydrostatic chassis.

It mainly differs from the city mixer truck by the presence of a self-loading mechanism, an electronic dosing system and a rotation function of the mixing drum with a cabin 300-360 Β°. Hourly productivity of the machine depends on the proximity of the warehouse of materials to the place of unloading.

Concrete output per cycle - up to 5.5 cubic meters

Principle of Operation

The operator, using the LCD monitor located in the cab, sets the recipe with the weight of each loaded component of the concrete mix. Then he lowers the bucket and with the movement of the machine forward fills it. Further, when lifting, at a certain point, the bucket is fixed and weighs. When the bucket is fully raised, the hydraulic flap opens and the components pour out into the mixer. When repeating the appropriate actions according to the recipe, the necessary amount of components is collected in the mixer. Water is supplied from the hinged tanks of the machine or from an external source. The amount of water supplied is measured by a liter counter and is displayed. During and after loading, mixing takes place by rotation of the mixing drum, where the liquid additive is also added.

Unloading of the finished mixture occurs by rotating the drum in the opposite direction. A 360 Β° swivel mixer with a cab gives the operator an advantage when unloading concrete at the desired point, greatly simplifying work.

Classification by type of material loading

All self-loading concrete mixer trucks are classified by two types of material loading into the mixing drum: frontal or rear.

With the front loading type, the operator visually controls the entire filling process of the mixing drum from the cab.

With rear loading, control of loading inert materials into the mixer is possible under the following conditions: a 180 Β° swivel chair is installed in the operator's cab, a video surveillance system is installed.

Classification by type of rotation of the mixing drum and operator's cab

The mixer and the cab are fixed stationary and do not unfold;

The mixer rotates with the operator's cab from 0 Β° to 360 Β° continuously;

The mixer unfolds without an operator's cab at an angle of 180 Β°.

Classification according to the principle of weighing inert materials

Weighing inert materials in the bucket;

Weighing inert materials in the mixing drum;

Combined system: weighing both in a ladle and in a mixing drum.
