Decree "Protecting the nation from the entry of foreign terrorists in the United States"

On January 27, 2017, the President of the United States, Donald Trump, during a ceremony at the US Department of Defense signed a decree providing for strict measures against migrants ^{[1] [2]} .

On January 28, 2017, a court in New York passed a ruling that allows people who flew into the country with open visas and are subject to a migration decree of President Donald Trump to be temporarily in the United States. The decree consists of 12 sections with subsections.

In the near future is expected to change the decree. The new version aims to overcome legal problems. Now, from the list of countries whose citizens have stopped issuing American visas for 90 days, Iraq has been removed. The ban applies only to citizens of Somalia, Iran, Sudan, Yemen, Syria and Libya.
