Biography
He began working as a teacher and studied in absentia at the Petropavlovsk Teacher Institute named after Ushinsky .
In 1952 he graduated from the Alma-Ata State Law Institute .
In 1953 he graduated from a one-year training course for university teachers in Tashkent.
In 1955 to 1958 - at the Mining Institute of Karaganda , in 1960 he defended his thesis in Sverdlovsk , in the same year he was appointed head of the institute’s department.
- 1963-1969 - Secretary, second secretary of the regional committee of the CPSU,
- 1969-1982 - Chairman of the Karaganda Executive Committee of the Karaganda Regional Council,
- 1982-1984 - Rector of the Karaganda Pedagogical Institute of Physical Education,
- 1984-1996 - Rector of the Karaganda Pedagogical Institute .
- From June 1997 to October 1999 - Secretary of the Karaganda Regional Maslikhat.
- 1963-1993 - Member of the Karaganda Regional Council of People's Deputies.
- March 1994 - 1999 - Member of the Karaganda Regional Maslikhat of the first convocation.
