Zenswiller ( fr. Zinswiller ) is a commune in the northeast of France in the Grand Est region [1] (former Alsace - Champagne - Ardennes - Lorraine ), department of the Lower Rhine , district of Agno-Wisambour , canton of Reisssoffen [2] . Until March 2015, the commune was administratively part of the abolished canton of Niederbronn-les-Bains ( Haguenot County).

The population of the commune in 2011 was 797 people [6] , in 2012 - 788 people [7] , and in 2013 - 783 people [5] .

Economics
In 2010, out of 538 people of working age (15 to 64 years old), 428 were economically active , 110 inactive (activity indicator 79.6%, in 1999 - 68.4%). Of 428 active able-bodied residents, 385 people worked (220 men and 165 women), 43 were unemployed (21 men and 22 women). Among 110 able-bodied inactive citizens, 34 were pupils or students , 27 - pensioners , and another 49 - were inactive due to other reasons [9] [10] .
