Sauka ( Latvian: Sauka ) is a settlement in the Viesita region of Latvia . It is part of the Sauk volost (the administrative center is the village of Lone ). Located on the shores of Lake Saukas . According to data for 2016, 76 people lived in the village [1] .

History
In Soviet times, the settlement was part of the Lonsky Village Council of Jekabpils District . The village housed the average agricultural vocational school No. 9 [2] .
