Tournament Format

The tournament was held in two stages [1] . At the first stage, 8 teams - participants of the tournament are divided into 2 groups (A, B), 4 teams each. Competitions of the first stage are held according to a circular system, in which each team holds one match with each of the other teams in the same group. The places of teams in groups at the first stage are determined by the sum of points scored in all matches of the group (victory - 3 points, draw - 1 point, defeat - 0 points).

In case of equality of points for two or more teams, places in groups are determined by additional indicators in the following sequence:

  • according to the results of the game among themselves (the number of points, the difference between the goals scored and the goals conceded, the number of goals scored);
  • by the best difference of goals scored and conceded in all matches;
  • by the largest number of goals scored in all matches;
  • according to the least number of disciplinary punishments (warning - 1 penalty point, removal - 3 penalty points);

If all these indicators are equal, the places of teams are determined by lot.

At the second stage of the Tournament, teams determine the final places in butt matches:

  • teams that took first places in their groups, play 1-2 places;
  • teams taking second places in their groups play 3-4 places;
  • teams that took third places in their groups play 5-6th places;
  • teams taking fourth places in their groups play 7-8th places;

In the event of a tie after the end of the regular time of the game in butt games, the winner is determined by strikes from the 11-meter mark in accordance with the procedure described in the Rules of the game.
