Station Design
Sovgavanskaya CHPP is a thermal steam turbine power plant with combined generation of electricity and heat. The projected installed capacity of the power plant is 126 MW , thermal capacity is 200 Gcal / h , and the planned average annual electricity generation is 630 million kWh . The thermal circuit of the station is made with transverse connections along the main flows of steam and water. Project fuel is brand G coal of the Urgalsky deposit. The main equipment of the station includes two turbine units with a capacity of 63 MW each, each of which includes a T-63-13 / 0.25 turbine and a TF-63-2U3 generator. Steam for the turbine units will be produced by three E-210-13,8-560 boilers. The manufacturer of steam turbines is Kaluga Turbine Works , generators are Elsib , and boilers are Krasny Kotelshchik . Water supply system - reverse, using the SVG-324-3 fan cooling tower. The station is equipped with electrostatic precipitators with an efficiency of 99.6% and a chimney height of 150 m [1] . Electricity will be supplied to the power system from an open switchgear (switchgear) with a voltage of 110 kV via the following transmission lines:
- Overhead line 110 kV Sovgavanskaya CHPP - Substation Okocha (2 chains);
- 110 kV overhead line Sovgavanskaya CHPP - Vanino substation (2 circuits);
- Overhead line 110 kV Sovgavanskaya CHPP - Substation Egg.
Economic Significance
Sovgavanskaya CHPP is a new power facility in the Khabarovsk Territory, which should replace the obsolete and worn-out Mayskaya TPP and become a source of energy for the further development of the Soviet-Havana industrial transport hub, where it is planned to build a multidisciplinary port and ship repair center, container and coal terminals, as well as develop fish processing and seafood. The increase in freight traffic predicted by the BAM will require an uninterrupted supply of electricity. Also, the new CHPP will provide centralized heat supply to the city of Sovetskaya Gavan, displacing inefficient and non-eco-friendly boiler houses, and will also provide water for the first time throughout the year. Possible further development of the CHP with bringing its electric power to 360 MW [1] .
Construction History
The decision to build a new CHPP in Sovetskaya Gavan was made in 2010 due to the fact that the units of the Mayskaya TPP have exhausted their resources. In December 2011, as a result of the merger of PAO RAO Energy Systems of the East, the construction of the CHPP was transferred to the competence of PJSC RusHydro. The construction of the station was included in the program for the construction of four thermal stations in the Far East, for the implementation of which RusHydro was recapitalized by 50 billion rubles. In June 2013, PJSC RusHydro established JSC TPP in Sovetskaya Gavan. In December 2014, concreting of foundations began under the frame of the main building of the power plant under construction [2] . In September 2015, due to a significant lag behind the approved schedule for the production of working documentation, the general contract was terminated by the general designer of the TPP of Siberian STC JSC. The new general designer, JSC Lonas Technology, was selected in December 2015 [3] . In October 2015, the construction of the trunk of a 150-meter chimney of the TPP was completed. In November 2015, the first stage of the scheme for the distribution of electric power from the CHP under construction was put into operation. In November 2016, the railway from the CHPP in Sovetskaya Gavan was attached to the tracks of the BAM. The completion of the construction of the TPP in Sovetskaya Gavan is scheduled for 2019 [4]
