Biography
In 1978 - 1983 he studied evangelical theology and Greek at Tübingen and Mainz University .
In 1986 he passed pastoral ordination . He was a minister of the Evangelical Church of Hesse and Nassau , was engaged in educational and ecumenical work.
In 1994, under the supervision of Otto Bocher received a doctorate in theology in the field of the New Testament, and in 2001 received a habilitation .
He taught at the University of Mainz, University of Koblenz and Landau , The University of Kassel , the University of Duisburg-Essen and the Theological College of Wuppertal / Bethel .

Frenchkovsky is the author of studies on the ancient history of religion, including early Christianity , modern religious cultures (including new religious movements ), and interfaith dialogue.
Frenchkovsky is a specialist in magic and esoteric subcultures, as well as fiction and horror literature. He is the author of numerous studies and editor of classic texts (“History of Alchemy, European Occultism and the Magic of the Renaissance” - Geschichte der Alchemie, des europäischen Okkultismus und der Renaissancemagie). For the full edition of the works of G. F.
