Biography

He started skiing in Zavodoukovsk , the first coach was Vladimir Yakovlevich Propp. In 2007 he moved to Khanty-Mansiysk , engaged in youth biathlon with coaches Ivan Vladimirovich Vorzhev and Eduard Mikhailovich Vorobyov, and later at the Sports Training Center with S. A. Altukhov and V. P. Zakharov. He stands for the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug .

At the junior level, he did not participate in major international competitions.

Repeated champion and medalist of the biathlon championships of Russia . He won gold medals in 2011 in the patrol race, in 2014 in the pursuit and team races, in 2015 and 2016 in the relay race, in 2016 in the mass start. He won more than 10 medals in the championships of Russia. In the 2013/14 season, he won the overall standings of the Russian Cup . He also became the champion of the country in summer relay biathlon (2011 [1] and 2015).

He was called up to the second national team of Russia and participated in the IBU Cup races in the seasons 2011/12 and 2014/15, but did not gain a foothold in the team. In total, he held four personal races, the best result - 15th place in the pursuit race at the stage in Haut-Morienne in the 2011/12 season, also once participated in the relay race, where the Russian team finished fourth [2] .

Family

Since 04/26/13 Married to Kristina Boyarsky (Soklakova). 05/21/15 Eugene and Christina had a daughter, Elizabeth. Twin brother Mikhail is also professionally engaged in biathlon and advocates for the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug [3] .
