Biography
He served in the imperial army in the 13th Dragoon Military Order regiment . During the First World War, participated in battles near Olkhovatka . In 1917 he became commander of the 1st Black Sea Red Guard Detachment, where he was soon replaced by the future USSR Marshal S.K. Timoshenko . From October 17, 1919 to February 1, 1920 he was the head of the 11th Gomel Cavalry Division . [1] He was the commander of the 17th Cavalry Division from April 18 to May 9, 1920. [2] Being the commander of the 15th Cavalry Division, he became a cavalier of the then highest Order of the Red Banner of the RSFSR. At the time of the arrest of the NKVD, the commander of the 26th railway brigade. Arrested on November 20, 1938, sentenced to 8 years. He died in prison on July 13, 1946.
