History
Foundation date not set . According to the reference book “Regions and populated areas of the Stalingrad Territory”, on January 1, 1936, Dolgii farm belonged to the Pokrovsky Village Council of the Leninsky district of the Stalingrad region (in the same year, it was transformed into the Stalingrad region) [2]
Geography
The farm is located within the Volga-Akhtuba floodplain , which is part of the Caspian lowland , on the left bank of the Kalikov erik. The farm is surrounded by floodplain forest , located at an altitude of about 10 meters below sea level [3] .
By road, the distance to the regional center of the city of Volgograd is 76 km, to the district center of the city of Leninsk - 27 km, to the administrative center of the rural settlement of the village of Pokrovka - 16 km [4] .
