Biography
By nationality, Belarusian. A peasant in the village of Polotkovo, Grodno district, Grodno province. He had a primary education. At the time of the Duma elections, he remained non-partisan. Engaged in farming on his own allotment. Political views were defined as moderate [2] .
On February 6, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the 2nd convocation from the general electors of the Grodno Provincial Electoral Assembly. In the Duma, he did not enter any of the factions, remaining non-partisan.
The fate and date of death is unknown.
