Celso Golmayo i Supide ( Spanish: Celso Golmayo y Zúpide , April 24, 1820 , Logrono - April 1, 1898 , Havana ) - Spanish and Cuban chess player , master, participant in a major international tournament in Paris . Champion of Cuba since 1862. During his stay in Cuba, he played several demonstration matches with the strongest chess players in the world.
