Biography
He graduated from the Tula Mechanical Institute ( 1946 ).
After graduation, he worked as a junior research fellow at the Belarusian Research Institute of Building Materials.
In 1948 - 1951 he worked at the Minsk Tool Plant of the USSR Ministry of Machine Tool, held the posts of head of the Technical Department, chief engineer, deputy director.
Since 1951, at party work - Secretary of the Frunze District Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Belarus , party organizer of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks-KPSS of the Minsk Automobile Plant .
In 1953 - 1955 - 1st Secretary of the Zavodsky District Committee of the PBC.
After that he worked in Vitebsk as second secretary of the Vitebsk Regional Committee of the PBC ( 1955 - 1956 ), chairman of the Executive Committee of the Vitebsk Regional Council ( 1959 - 1963 ), first secretary of the Vitebsk Regional Industrial Committee of the PBC ( 1963 - 1964 ) and again second secretary of the Vitebsk Regional Committee of the PBC ( 1964 - 1968 ).
In 1968 he headed the newly formed Ministry of Public Utilities of the BSSR .
After that he worked as the director of the Belarusian Republican Association “Vtorchermet”.
