Biography
He graduated from the Belarusian State Institute of National Economy and the Grodno Agricultural Institute .
He began his career in 1957 as chief specialist of the Ozertsy state farm in the Glubokoe region .
From 1958 to 1964 he worked in the agricultural bodies of the Grodno region .
From 1964 to 1971 he was the director of the small Mozheikovo state farm in the Lida region.
After working as director of the republican trust experimental bases of the Ministry of Agriculture of the BSSR.
Since 1978 - Head of the Republican Association "Sortzernoprom".
From 1981 - First Deputy Minister of the Fruit and Vegetable Economy of the BSSR.
In 1983, he was elected 1st Vice-Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
December 24, 1984, was elected chairman of the executive committee of the Vitebsk regional council of people's deputies. He was in this position until November 1994 .
