Biography
1944-1950 - Deputy Head, Head of the Polessky Regional Land Department.
1950 - January 1954 - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Polesie Regional Council.
1955-1956 - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Gomel Regional Council.
1956 - December 1957 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Gomel City Council.
From December 1957 to January 1963 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Gomel Regional Council.
In 1963-1964 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Gomel Village Regional Council.
From the end of 1964 to June 1970 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Gomel Regional Council.
Member of the CPSU.
Awards and titles
