Anatoly Gavrilovich Grinchenko (born August 7, 1941 ) is a Soviet production worker, innovator, locksmith at the Hammer and Sickle Kharkov Engine-Building Plant, Kharkov Region. Hero of Socialist Labor (09.24.1982). A candidate member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine in 1986-1990.

Biography
In the 1960s and 1980s - locksmith of the Kharkov engine-building plant "Hammer and Sickle" of the Kharkov motor-industrial production association "Hammer and Sickle" of the Kharkiv region of the Ministry of tractor and agricultural engineering of the USSR.
Member of the CPSU . Production innovator. He achieved significant success in using production plans and socialist obligations, as well as high quality work.
Then - retired in the city of Kharkov.
