Biography
Born in Moscow in the family of the literary critic A. I. Ovcharenko . She graduated from the philological faculty of Moscow State University in 1976, where in 1980-1984 and 1987-1990 she taught at the department of Soviet literature [1] . In 1984-1987, she taught Russian language and literature at the Faculty of Philology of Coimbra University (Portugal) [1] . In 1994 she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic “ Luis de Camoes and the main problems of Portuguese Renaissance literature.” From the same year to the present - a leading researcher at the Institute of World Literature of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In 2005-2006. She also taught at the Higher Courses of Foreign Languages at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation .
The author of three monographs, translations from the Portuguese language and more than a hundred scientific papers [1] .
