History
The company was founded and put into operation in 1940, and initially specialized in the repair of diesel engines [2] .
In the late 1950s, the company was reoriented to the production of equipment for construction organizations, in the 1960s was a repair plant [3] , and from the beginning of the 1970s began to produce equipment and accessories for livestock farms [2] [4] .
After the creation in the fall of 1973, the Ministry of Machine-Building for Livestock and Feed Production of the USSR on December 4, 1973, the plant was transferred to the Ministry.
In 1985, the plant mastered the production of TSN-00.531 chains of high-grade structural steel [6] .
In August 1989, the plant was tasked with mastering the production of feed dispensers for HTZ T-08 tractors [7] .
In Soviet times, the number of employees of the enterprise amounted to 800 people [1] .
In May 1995, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine included the plant in the list of enterprises subject to privatization during 1995 [8] , and later the state enterprise was transformed into an open joint-stock company . In August 1997, the plant was included in the list of enterprises of strategic importance for the economy and security of Ukraine [9] .
In the late 1990s, the main specialization of the enterprise was the production of tillage machines and tools (harrows, cultivators), as well as spare parts for them [2] .
The economic crisis, which began in 2008, complicated the position of the plant (business relations with customers and suppliers were broken), in 2010 the situation stabilized (although the plant ended 2010 with a loss of 2.3 million hryvnias ). By the beginning of 2011, production volumes reached 70% of the pre-crisis level, but the number of employees dropped to 400 people [2] .
As of early December 2012, the company produced ten models of tillage machines for different classes of tractors, as well as repair kits for three models of organic waste disposal conveyors (TSG-2B, TSG-3B and TSG-160) [1] .
In January 2013, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine contributed the plant to the number of suppliers of agricultural machinery, whose supplies for the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine are financed from the state budget of Ukraine [10] . However, by the fall of 2013, the position of the plant was not quite prosperous [11] .
