Club career

Aboage began his career at home at the International Ellies Club. In the summer of 2013, after the World Youth Championships, Clifford signed a five-year contract with the Italian Udinese . The transfer amount amounted to 800 thousand euros. Immediately he was leased to the Spanish Granada . On January 8, 2015, in the Spanish Cup match against Sevilla , he made his debut for Granada [2] . Aboage mainly played for the backup team.

At the beginning of 2017, Clifford moved to the Mexican Atlas . On January 15, in a match against WANL Tigres, he made his debut in the Mexican Example , replacing Christian Thabo in the second half [3] . On April 13, in a duel against UNAM, Pumas Aboage scored his first goal for Atlas [4] .

International Career

In 2013, as part of the youth team of Ghana, Aboage became the bronze medalist of the youth world championship in Turkey . In the tournament, he played in matches against teams of Spain [5] , USA [6] , Portugal [7] , Chile [8] , Iraq [9] and twice France [10] .

In 2015, as part of the Aboage team, he took part in the youth world championships in New Zealand for the second time. At the tournament, he played in matches against the teams of Argentina [11] , Panama [12] and Mali [13] . In a duel against the Argentines, Clifford scored a goal.
