Born January 2, 1930 in Moscow.

He graduated from the Novosibirsk Agricultural Institute (1951) and the All-Union Correspondence Polytechnic Institute (1955) with a degree in Machine Tools and Tools.

Since 1957, he worked at the enterprise PO Box 32: design engineer, deputy chief technologist, and from 1975 to 1986, the director of the plant (PO Sever).

He was the initiator and manager of the implementation of automatic process control systems.

Since October 1986, Deputy Minister of Medium Engineering of the USSR (oversaw the issues of technical and economic research and automation of production processes). Deputy Minister for Atomic Energy of Russia (until 1996)

Candidate of Technical Sciences (1974), Doctor of Economics (1986). Professor.

From 1979 to 1988, he taught at the EF NSU: associate professor, professor (since 1986) of the Department of Modeling and Industrial Production Management.

Laureate of the USSR State Prize (1972) and the RF State Prize . He was awarded the Orders of Lenin , the Red Banner of Labor (twice), the Badge of Honor and many medals, including For Labor Valor.

Died February 20, 2008.
