Biography

Came from the noblemen of the Don Don region, a Cossack of the village of Lugansk Donetsk district [3] [5] .

In 1858 he graduated from the Mikhailovsky Artillery School , served as an ensign in the Life Guards of the Don Battery [1] . After graduating from the Mikhailovsky Artillery Academy (1861), he served at the headquarters of the general-feltscheyhmester [3] , from October 21, 1863 to October 9, 1865 he taught in the class of Don officers [1] [3] .

Since 1866 - commander of the 2nd Division of the Guards Battery [1] . From April 17, 1869 - the military esaul of the Don Cossack Army, then he served in the Life Guards Cossack Regiment (30.8.1870 - 12.6.1877) [3] , since 1874 - a member of the committee of irregular troops [1] . In 1877 he was enlisted in the army [1] , from 1878 he served in the Life Guards Consolidated Cossack Regiment [3] . Since June 7, 1882 [3] - an assistant to the chairman of the regional army of the Don Order of Public Charity, since 1888 - a member of the committee for the revision of Cossack statutes [1] . On June 2, 1893, he was appointed assistant, and on January 31, 1903, he was senior assistant for the civilian part of the military ataman [1] [3] . On August 4, 1910, he retired with the production of generals from the cavalry [1] [3] [5] .
