Born on January 4, 1964 in the city of Kungur, Perm Region.
Education
In 1988 he graduated from the Ufa Aviation Institute . In 2003 he graduated from the University of Economics.
Career
Vladimir Alfredovich is a pupil of the Dynamo sports society. In 1984, he began to engage in bobsledding under the guidance of coach V.Sh. Chanbarisov. Already in 1985 - in the USSR national bobsled team. In 1988, he became the bronze medalist of the World Junior Championships.
Silver medalist of the RSFSR 1987 championship in double bobsledding sleigh.
In 1991, takes 2nd place in the World Cup. He took part in the XVI Olympic Winter Games in Albertville (France) in 1992, where he is in the 19th position as part of our four.
He returned to bobsleigh in 2006. From 2007 to 2010 - Chairman of the main coaching council of the Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation of Russia. From 2008 to 2012, he was the head coach of the Russian bobsled team. Honored Coach of Russia (2010).
