Rosfeld ( fr. Rossfeld ) is a commune in the northeast of France in the Grand Est region [1] (former Alsace - Champagne - Ardennes - Lorraine ), department of the Lower Rhine , district of Celeste-Ersten , canton of Ersten [2] . Until March 2015, the commune was administratively part of the abolished canton of Benfeld (Celeste-Ersten district).

Economics
In 2010, out of 546 people of working age (from 15 to 64 years), 411 were economically active , 135 inactive (activity indicator 75.3%, in 1999 - 77.1%). Of the 411 active able-bodied residents, 389 people worked (208 men and 181 women), 22 were unemployed (7 men and 15 women). Among 135 able-bodied inactive citizens, 51 were pupils or students , 47 were pensioners , and another 37 were inactive for other reasons [9] [10] .
