Weslingen ( fr. Weislingen ) is a commune in the north-east of France in the Grand Est region [1] (former Alsace - Champagne - Ardenne - Lorraine ), department of the Lower Rhine , Saverne district , canton of Ingwiller [2] . Until March 2015, the commune was administratively part of the abolished canton of Drühlingen (Saverne County).

Economics
In 2010, out of 342 people of working age (from 15 to 64 years), 246 were economically active , 96 inactive (activity indicator 71.9%, in 1999 - 64.8%). Of the 246 active able-bodied residents, 219 people worked (130 men and 89 women), 27 were unemployed (10 men and 17 women). Among 96 able-bodied inactive citizens, 31 were pupils or students , 27 were pensioners , and another 38 were inactive due to other reasons [9] [10] .
