Rachmaninov’s Spiritual Songs for the soprano “Prayer”, “Wants to Sing Everything”, 2011 - the first performance of romances G. Sviridov to the verses of B. Pasternak “Spring”, “From superstition” and the cycle of R. Ledenyov “Day and Night” to verses by A. Fet and F. Tyutchev; “White verses of a bright soul” by composer I. In addition to extensive touring and concert activities, I. Starodubtseva conducts great public work. Master classes, where she generously shares the secrets of her skills, invariably arouse great interest among young performers and contribute to the formation of a new generation of artists.

The high professionalism and authority of I. Starodubtseva made it possible for the first time in the Kursk region to begin university training of bachelors and masters in the field of "Vocal Art", which allows solving the urgent problem in the region of the need for pedagogical and performing personnel in the field of academic singing. For this purpose, in 2012, a department of vocal art was created in Southwestern State University (Kursk), headed by Irina Filippovna. Under her leadership, licensing was conducted for the direction 53.03.03 Vocal Art and 53.04.02 Vocal Art based on the standards of the third generation. SWSU became the only university in Russia that received a license from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for conducting educational activities in three forms of teaching academic singing (full-time and part-time bachelors, full-time and part-time masters training). The high level of training of students is confirmed by the won prizes and titles of numerous regional, all-Russian and international competitions.

For her constant participation in cultural events at the national and international levels, her high vocal skills, her professional work, the promotion of the best examples of Russian and foreign classical vocal music, her great contribution to the preservation and development of Russian culture, as well as for peacekeeping and charitable activities, the singer was widely recognized public and professional community and has been awarded numerous awards.

For the creation of a school for the performance of Russian and foreign classics I. Starodubtseva in the nomination "Creativity" became the winner of the public recognition contest "Man of the Year - 2009" with the award "Kursk Antonovka".
