Creative Biography
Born on September 29, 1962 in Kursk. In 1986 she graduated from musicology, and then in 1990, the vocal department of the Saratov State Conservatory. L.V. Sobinova .
The active creative activity of Starodubtseva began as early as her studies at the Kursk College of Music. The high professionalism and authority of I. Starodubtseva made it possible for the first time in the Kursk region to begin university training of bachelors and masters in the field of "Vocal Art", which allows solving the urgent problem in the region of the need for pedagogical and performing personnel in the field of academic singing. For this purpose, in 2012, a department of vocal art was created in Southwestern State University (Kursk), headed by Irina Filippovna. Under her leadership, licensing was conducted for the direction 53.03.03 Vocal Art and 53.04.02 Vocal Art based on the standards of the third generation. SWSU became the only university in Russia that received a license from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for conducting educational activities in three forms of teaching academic singing (full-time and part-time bachelors, full-time and part-time masters training). The high level of training of students is confirmed by the won prizes and titles of numerous regional, all-Russian and international competitions.
